South Korean AI chip makers Rebellions and Sapeon agree to merge

SEOUL - South Korean artificial-intelligence chip makers Rebellions Inc and Sapeon Korea Inc have signed a definitive merger agreement, the privately held companies said on Sunday.

They announced merger negotiations in June.
