A former social worker accused of having sex with her 13-year-old client was in court once again on Saturday, but she is facing more trouble this time.
Inside of the court room, 24-year-old Payton Shires was emotional as the judge read her charges.On top of her previous accusations, Shires is now looking at two counts of felony intimidation.family with a gun
A judge has since revoked Shires's bond, meaning that she will be behind bars at least until her next court appearance, scheduled for Nov. 6. Those messages allegedly included asking if the boy had deleted the videos and if the mom had seen them. Court documents state police then held a "controlled three-way call" with the mother, detectives and Shires. Detectives said Shires admitted to the sexual relationship during the call.
