Peter Wolf helped turn that around as Jacobs erased a two-goal deficit en route to a 4-2 Fox Valley Conference win over Dundee-Crown.
That came off Sanchez’s own shot off a corner kick. But it took less than two minutes for Jacobs to get that goal back on McIntosh’s first strike, which also flipped the momentum.
“Something just clicked in us and we connected somehow, and that’s what gave us the energy to keep going, push through and win the game,” Wolf said. “It was amazing.”
