Up to 4 inches of snow and sleet, and a tenth of an inch of ice could accumulate throughout the day Thursday, according to a“Plan on slippery road conditions,” the NWS said. “The hazardous conditions will impact the morning commute.” Forecasters said most of the midstate will see the icy weather shift to solely rain by the late afternoon. The NWS’s winter weather advisory expires at 7 p.m.
