Exclusive: Screen Rant presents a clip from upcoming action film Snag, featuring Schmigadoon star Jaime Camil, about a man taking on a criminal organization to save the love of his life:
Screen Rant is thrilled to present a new clip from the upcoming film Snag, which will arrive on digital and in select theaters later this month. The action movie is a modern-day fairytale about a man taking on a criminal organization to save the woman he loves. Snag features stars like Run and Gun's Ben Milliken, Jane the Virgin's Jaime Camil, Love, Victor's Ana Ortiz, and Michelle Ortiz, who starred in the recent reboot of Mad TV.
Snag centers around an Australian lone wolf, played by Milliken, who discovers his lost love whom he believed to be dead is still alive. However, she's being held captive by a dangerous group of gangsters that must be taken down to get her back. He can't take the criminal organization down on his own, and must recruit a group of allies in order to reunite with the love of his life.
This clip is a good example of how Snag won't exclusively be high-intensity action scenes; there will also be some more heartfelt moments as well demonstrating the characters are much more than contracted killers. While it's certainly not the first movie about sympathetic hitmen, the way it leans into the more emotional and romantic aspects of the story is a nice change of pace from a typical action film.
