In this week’s Seven Hills Police Blotter, police observed a black sedan traveling 59 mph in a 35-mph zone on Broadview Road.

Drunken driving, Pleasant Valley Road:The vehicle was pulled over on Pleasant Valley Road. While talking to the driver, the officer smelled alcohol and marijuana.

After successfully reciting the alphabet while in the car, the man did admit to having three beers at a graduation party.During a search of the vehicle, police found marijuana. He was also cited for drug abuse and speeding.On Aug. 1, a Gale Drive went to the police station after discovering she was the victim of fraud.

That’s when the woman bought nearly $2,500 worth of gift cards. Next, the resident passed on the card numbers.There are no suspects. Police are investigating.
