Given the trend of retro designs seen in vehicles like the Jeep Wrangler and Ford Bronco, the question arises: should Toyota consider embracing a similar approach with the Land Cruiser? car auto cars
That SUV give us reason for pause. Although it’s boxy, its tailgate-wide brake light and its modern grille mean that it is by no means retro.
And maybe that tack could help Toyota appeal to a different customer-base that wants a boxy off-roader, but doesn’t care about automotive history., though? Should Toyota mine its own rich history in designing the upcoming Land Cruiser, and build something retro?
