The Young Sheldon season 7 clip sees George coming home to Sheldon studying to take the bar in the hopes of becoming Meemaw's legal representation. Unfortunately, their conversation is cut short when Missy asks George to deal with their backed-up toilet. Sheldon's attempt to help Meemaw is also the first step in fixing their relationship. The Big Bang Theory described them as extremely close, with the socially-inept genius having a soft spot for his maternal grandmother. Young Sheldon leaned on this during its earlier seasons, but in recent years, as the show's storytelling focus changed, their relationship has also been lost in the shuffle.
