The three men, including Somerset County resident Bryan Hagerich, are not allowed to leave Turks and Caicos Islands after being arrested for carrying ammunition in their luggage at the airport.

In the U.S., the Transportation Security Administration requires ammunition to be in a secure case in checked luggage whereas Turks and Caicos laws are more stringent.
