Sen. Ron Johnson spoke out against how investigations into Hunter Biden's laptop and the classified documents found at President Joe Biden's home have been handled, saying that"if there’s evidence of wrongdoing" the matters should be referred to Justice Department.
Todd, however, found Johnson's stances to be hypocritical, as there was never as intense of a demand for an investigation into Donald Trump's son in law, Jared Kushner, as Republicans are now asking for Hunter Biden. He referred to the FBI censorship of Twitter when it came to stories on the Hunter Biden laptop, which has been the focal point for Republicans believing Biden's son was engaging in improper business deals with foreign entities, and therefore influencing American policy.
