Other candidates like Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., and Julián Castro voiced their support for reparations but offered few other details. Much of Booker's campaign has hinged on social justice issues, including legalizing marijuana and expunging criminal records for marijuana-related crimes. In February, Booker co-sponsored the Marijuana Justice Act, which would end the federal prohibition on marijuana.
