A second perpetrator has been arrested for firing a weapon during the altercation that injured Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell.

Texans’ Tank Dell feels ‘blessed’ after enduring ‘traumatic experience’ as gunshot victim: ‘Wrong place, wrong time’ The shooting occurred in the early morning hours on April 28 at Cabana Live in Sanford, an area not too far from Dell’s hometown of Daytona Beach. There were around 200 people at the event venue, which was promoted as “No One Leaves Sober.” Shortly after deputies arrived to address the large capacity of the event, they heard gunshots.
