Last month, Councilmember Kshawma Sawant sponsored legislation that would cap the fees at $10 monthly. On Tuesday, councilmembers Tammy Morales and Teresa Mosequeda joined Sawant in bringing forward an amendment to restore the cap to $10 per month.
