Multiple law enforcement agencies are actively searching for a man who escaped custody Thursday evening in Bellville.The Austin County Sheriff's Office says Salvador Saucedo escaped from Midcoast Medical Center Bellville around 7 p.m. Thursday.He was wearing an orange shirt and blue jeans. He is described as a Hispanic male with face tattoos, missing front teeth and brown hair with reddish highlights.He is not handcuffed.
The Waller County Sheriff's Office says Saucedo had been in their custody undergoing testing at the hospital at the time of his escape.The sheriff's office says Saucedo has warrants out of College Station and Austin County for sexual assault, assault on a peace officer and resisting arrest.The Waller County Sheriff's Office, the Austin County Sheriff's Office and the Bellville Police Department are among the agencies searching for Saucedo.
