Tyrel Dodson among those named team captain against the Buffalo Bills.
The Seattle Seahawks have announced their game captains for their upcoming Week 8 match-up against the Buffalo Bulls. Kicker Jason Myers, linebacker Tyrel Dodson, center Connor Williams, and outside linebacker Derick Hall have all been named captains for this Sunday. This is the second time that Williams and Myers have been named captain, both having been named captains in Week 3 against the Miami Dolphins. This will be the first captain nod of the season for Dodson and Hall.
Though Poughkeepsie Town is located on the other side of New York from Buffalo , the Bills remain the only NFL team located within the state of New York. Perhaps the other connection here is Myers’ connection to the AFC East. Both Myers and Connor Williams have spent time in the AFC East, where they faced the Bills. Myers played for the New York Jets in 2018, having faced the Bills twice that year, going 1-1 in those games.
