Scott Peterson was denied a new trial in the 2002 murder of his pregnant wife, Laci, on Tuesday

In Tuesday’s ruling, San Mateo County Superior Court Judge Anne-Christine Massullo wrote that the court concluded that “Juror No. 7’s responses were not motivated by pre-existing or improper bias against petitioner , but instead were the result of a combination of good faith misunderstanding of the questions and sloppiness in answering.”‘s request for comment.
