Some of the first meals we all ate here on earth were puréed. Just after milk, we were all chowing down on mushed peas, pears, apples, bananas, chicken, carrots, prunes…Our all-puréed diet also happened to coincide with some of the happiest, and most sensory experiences of our lives.
