The Saskatchewan government has announced $70\u002Dmillion in funding for ranchers experiencing sustained drought.
In total, the province says it will put up to a total of $70-million toward the issue.“I did actually travel some of the southwest and met with about 30 ranchers a couple weeks ago, and heard pretty clearly
