Texas coach Steve Sarkisian said he fells like Arkansas fans “hate Texas more than they like themselves.”

Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian appeared to add a little fire to the rivalry with his jovial jab at Arkansas.“I jokingly say when you go to Arkansas, I feel at times that they hate Texas more than they like themselves,” Sarkisian said atHowever, there were no hard feelings for Razorbacks head coach Sam Pittman. In fact, he agreed with Sarkisian’s assessment.“When we played them a couple years back, it was the most excited our fanbase has been in a while,”.
“I would agree ,” Arkansas quarterback Taylen Green said. “I would agree with it. Just how rushed the field. I’ve seen pictures of it and videos of it. It is really cool. It just tells you the passion of Arkansas fans and that’s what you love as a player and that’s what you dream of.”“Just the opportunity to play Texas, home and away,” said Green. “We have them home this year, and of course, we want to win. That’s what we’re training for. We definitely have the time to do it.
