The pop-up event is also in partnership with Spare Foods Co., a culinary business looking to redistribute food waste and create food-security. They will also be featuring their Spare Tonic Passion Fruit and Yuzu at the pop-up. The pop-up is also excited to be debuting the newest addition to their menu, a Pistachio & Ricotta Cannoli flavor which will be sold for $1 with profits going to the Hot Bread Kitchen nonprofit— a group working toThe Portland based brand was created in 2011 by Malek and his cousin Kim.
