Leaked document shows Salesforce is cracking down on overtime pay and employees who routinely log more than 10 hours a week of it will get a talking-to from senior management
and start reading now.Salesforce is scrutinizing overtime, especially for workers who log more than 10 overtime hours a week.
Employees who plan to log more than three hours of overtime in a week are required to obtain pre-approval from a manager, the document, which circulated among some salespeople earlier this month, said. Employees are also expected to discuss possible overtime with managers each week. If employees do log overtime, they are encouraged to provide a written explanation with their weekly time sheet as to why overtime was necessary so employees and their managers can"keep track to identify trends.
