The Pittsburgh Steelers have listed quarterback Russell Wilson as questionable for Sunday’s clash against the Atlanta Falcons. Wilson suffered a calf injury during Thursday’s day practice. TheWilson was limited in practice on Friday and did little throwing or team drills. It was confirmed that quarterback Justin Fields took the first-team reps on Friday, meaning he could be in line to start. However, Wilson vows to play in the game if he can.
"If I can go, I’m going to go and try to do everything I can to help us win… if not, I’m going to do everything I can to help us win in that way, too... I’m going to do everything, as you guys know, to be ready to rock,” Wilson said after practice.after Thursday’s practice did not show the injury getting worse. Instead, it has tightened up on him again after he has felt better over the last few weeks.
