The property was initially listed for about $5 million last September. Its price was reduced several times in 2023 to as low as $4.5 million before heading to auction, according to North Texas Real Estate Information Systems records shown on Zillow.
Westchester Custom Homes built the estate in 2023 on about 14 acres at 1655 Vista Court, according to the listing.The home is listed with a Rockwall address, but county records show an address in McLendon-Chisholm. The property is about 7 miles southeast of downtown Rockwall and 8 miles east of Lake Ray Hubbard.
