KUALA LUMPUR: Ekonomi Malaysia masih mencatatkan pertumbuhan lebih tinggi selain mencatatkan pelaburan terbesar dalam sejarah negara walaupun mata wang ringgit merosot.
“Tetapi mengapa harus dilihat hanya daripada segi ringgit dan dibandingkan dengan 1998 kerana sepertimana yang saya sebut, ringgit jatuh pelaburan jatuh, inflasi naik jadi dia tidak sama. Beliau berkata demikian dalam sidang akhbar selepas Majlis Pelancaran TRX sebagai Pusat Kewangan Antarabangsa Malaysia di Menara Exchange 106, di sini hari ini.
