While there’s still one week to go in the post-spring transfer window for college football, Ohio State has seen just two players leave the program since the end of spring practice. That goes hand in hand with what’s been a much quieter-than-expected post-spring transfer window across the nation. The basketball transfer portal, on the other hand, remains busy more than two weeks after the final game of the season.
