Mr. Roder’s analysis focused on a sequence in which a “head… with smoke around it” appears in one frame per second. He described this phenomenon as indicative of “some sort of cloaking device,” with the figure peering over a fence in the top right corner of the video. Mr. Roder collaborated with Jim Quirk, a reporter and host of the Extraterrestrial Reality podcast, to reconstruct the scene in the Las Vegas backyard on April 30, 2023. Mr. Quirk provided videos and images to Fox News Digital to support the analysis.
