On Nov. 10, Perry turned himself in, was arrested and charged with failure to stop and give information after allegedly fleeing the scene of an auto wreckPerry was cited multiple times from 2008 to 2017 — four times for speeding, once for not having a valid registration number on his vehicle, once for not using “proper lights” at night, and once for failure to appear in court.
