Prince Harry is set to attend King Charles’ coronation in May—without Meghan Markle.
reported that there was confusion among the coronation planners about whether or not Meghan and Harry were planning to attend after they missed an initial reply date last week.Prince George’s grandsons and a handful of children who are related to family friends. So far, it’s unclear which of the other young members of the Windsor family will attend the event, though Charles himself was present at his mother’s coronation when he was four.
Harry’s relationship with his family has suffered since the couple left their royal roles in 2020, and the release of the couple’s Netflix seriesthat he was determined to have his younger son present for the event. “Charles is a forgiving person by nature, and he wants to move on,” the source said. “Whatever has been said and done, Harry is still his son and he loves him. He also cannot imagine being crowned, the most important moment of his life, without both his sons witnessing the moment.”
