Power Rangers star Austin St John arrested by federal agents 'carrying AR-15 guns'
St John of the 1990s hit TV series Power Rangers was 'arrested at his home'. According to TMZ, the actor was taken in after federal agents arrived. The agents showed up at his home in an upscale neighborhood in McKinney. The men came in SUVs holding AR-15 guns and were in tactical gear. A neighbor also said that the agents then 'raided' his residence.
St John was charged with fraud in a large federal criminal case, it was claimed. He was arrested over a twisted COVID loan relief scam, it was alleged. According to the site, the indictment alleges St John was part of a scheme to defraud the Small Business Administration's Paycheck Protection Program. He has been accused of scamming the government out of $3.5 million.
