Several of the student passengers on the bus sustained minor injuries, police say.
A pickup truck rear-ended a school bus in Cumberland County, according to police.It happened around 7:35 a.m. Monday in North Middleton Township.
Police said the bus was traveling on Spring Road, and the truck hit it after it had stopped to make a right-hand turn onto Fry Loop Avenue.Several of the student passengers on the bus sustained minor injuries, police said. Those students were seen by emergency medical services.Police said the Carlisle School District was notified and arranged for a replacement bus so the students could continue on their route.
