The teenager was stabbed to death in Stretford 12 months ago
A £50,000 reward is being offered in the hunt for the killer of a teenager who was stabbed to death in Stretford. Kennie Carter, 16, died in hospital after being knifed in the chest on Saturday, January 22, 2022.
"This is a long and meticulous investigation, through which we have spoken to over 100 people, reviewed over 100 hours of CCTV and carried out dozens of warrants. We have also arrested all of the people that we wanted to speak to in connection with this incident. "I would like to thank those members of the public who have already come forwards and shared information."
"Somebody's got to do the right thing," she added as she urged anyone with information that may help detectives to come forward.
