The New Jersey State Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman whose body was found in aInvestigators believe the remains are of a Caucasian or Hispanic woman who was approximately 5 feet 1 inch tall and had two distinctive two tattoos: a koi fish on her right shoulder blade and a rose tattoo on her left ribs, from her chest to her hip.
