After a chase through Center City, officers have made arrests following a shooting that left a 23-year-old man in critical condition.

Two men shooting at each other on Thursday night ended with one man leading police on a car chase and the other in critical condition. Both have been arrested.

Officers responding to the shooting, officials said, found a 23-year-old man inside a vehicle near Temple University's campus at Polett Walk and North Broad Street.
