Police officials in Idaho spoke to the media and updated the public Friday after law enforcement in Pennsylvania made an arrest of a"person of interest" in the investigation of the killing of four University of Idaho students.
Police spoke to the press in Moscow, Idaho, about the status of their investigation as they try to figure out who killed the group of students, over a month ago, on Nov. 13. The four students, who were friends and part of the university's Greek system, were founds stabbed to death in their beds, as Moscow Police Chief James Fry confirmed.As the Associated Press reported, the killings caused nearly half of the University of Idaho's student population, more than 11,000 students, to flee the small town and switch over to online classes.According to court documents, Kohberger was arrested on Friday in Hazleton, Pa.
