One ingredient really helped Picard season 3 work.
Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Star Trek: Picard season 3 had several elements that made it a resounding success, but its secret weapon should definitely carry over into Star Trek: Legacy. While the proposed Picard spin-off, Star Trek: Legacy, has yet to be greenlit, many of the people both in front of and behind the camera have voiced their support for the project.
"I think it was so clever to have all of these younger people. Something I feel is missing so much in our society is young and old people working together and collaborating. I love that about this season. That we respected the junior officers as much as we respected the older officers." The older officers on the USS Titan, like Captain Liam Shaw and Commander Seven of Nine , were never dismissive of the younger officers and their ideas. And the younger officers respected and listened to the officers from the older generation. The older generation may have more years of experience, but the younger officers see things from a different perspective and often think outside the box.
