Members of Birds of Prey Rehab Center, Colorado Parks & Wildlife, and the Eagle Rock Ranch family came together to release two juvenile bald eagles back into the wild at Eagle Rock Ranch near Jefferson, Colorado on May 8, 2024. This eagle had fallen ill on the ranch, later diagnosed with West Nile Disease. The other eagle, found elsewhere, also required rehabilitation, and both were cared for at the Birds of Prey Rehab Center in Broomfield.
