Had a funny sign but the Astros stole itAccording to the Philadelphia Inquirer, the sign was created by attorney James Helm who,"decided he needed to send a message," and wanted to do something,"drastic."
"The obvious thing to do was poke fun at the Astros and their scandalous history," Elm told the Inquirer."I wanted something that would make Phillies fans laugh." If Twitter responses are any indication of how well a joke lands, Elm's billboard seems to have fulfilled its intention.
