In 2021, the year after the last election, the Saskatchewan Party raised $2.1 million, nearly twice as much as the $1.2 million raised by the NDP.
When you consider that the Saskatchewan Party’s largest 2021 donation of $25,000 outpaced two entire parties, its level of dominance becomes clear.Article content Most of the money raised in 2021 by the Saskatchewan Party, $1.5 million, came from individuals; $466,466 came from corporations and $1,990 from unions.
The Saskatchewan Party raised $5 million in the election year, compared to $2.3 million for the NDP. Both parties raised slightly more in 2016 and the gap between the two was even wider: $5.7 million for the Saskatchewan Party and $2.4 million for the NDP.
