A person was shot to death this morning near West Hanna Avenue and Bluff Road on Indianapolis' south side, police say. WRTV has a crew at the scene working to gather more information.
Officers found the victim while responding before 5:51 a.m. to the 600 block of West Hanna Avenue, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
