“Due to regional sourcing changes and the need to optimize our supply chain network, we have made the tough decision to cease transport operations at the Carlisle location,' the company said in a statement.

Supporting our employees during this transition remains our top priority, and we are committed to continuing to serve the community.”

Company officials didn’t expand on how the change would impact employees at the facility and how many people would be impacted.on Dec. 28 at 941 Dana Drive in Lower Paxton Township. The company says it is stopping production at that facility. But, Pepsi will continue to have sales, delivery and warehouse operations teams working at that facility.
