: Mahkamah Tinggi hari ini diberitahu bahawa Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak diberi peluang untuk menjelaskan secara terperinci mengenai dokumen berkaitan 1Malaysia Development Berhad , ketika disoal siasat Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia .
Saksi pendakwaan ke-49 itu berkata demikian ketika disoal peguam Wan Azwan Aiman Wan Fakhruddin, yang membangkitkan persoalan bahawa bekas perdana menteri itu tidak ditanya apa-apa soalan, ketika beliau ditunjukkan dua dokumen mengenai perolehan Mastika Lagenda Sdn Bhd oleh 1Malaysia Development Berhad .
Nur Aida menjelaskan bahawa pegawai penyiasat SPRM tidak meletakkan soalan spesifik ketika mengambil kenyataan Najib. “Kita tanya soalan dan kita akan rakam dengan cara naratif dan saksi atau OKT , diberi peluang untuk menjelaskan secara terperinci. Saya percaya ada soalan yang ditanyakan kepada Najib apabila dokumen ditunjukkan kepadanya,” kata saksi.
