Pearland's next game at the Little League World Series will come against a Honolulu team...
Pearland and Honolulu, each unbeaten to this point throughout all stages of competition, will meet at 6 p.m., Monday in a winners bracket game in the 2022 Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pa.to take an 8-3 winHonolulu reached this level with two LLWS victories, the first being an 11-1 triumph of Northwest Region champion Bonney Lake and the second, which was a 12-0 thrashing of Massapequa Friday night.
Honolulu, which no-hit and run-ruled Massapequa, is 11-0 in all-star games this year. The no-hitter was the first by a Hawaii team in the LLWS. The winner of the Pearland-Honolulu game will play at 2 p.m., Wednesday against the winner between Great Lakes and Southeast on ESPN. Hagerstown and Nolensville play at 2 p.m., Monday.
Should Pearland lose, it would play at 6 p.m., Tuesday against either Snow Canyon or the winner of Saturday’s game between Bonney Lake and Midwest Champion .
