— Pinal County Sheriff’s Office December 22, 2022 PCSO says he was last seen wearing a black"GAP" hoodie with gray letters and sweats with multi-colored triangles. He was also seen wearing shoes, despite earlier reports. PCSO says he previously ran away with a member of his household, but that child was located and is safe.
Officials say the child’s parents, Kelly and Melissa Conklin, have since been taken into custody on child abuse charges that are not directly related to the disappearance of the child.
