CD Projekt Red’s Lead Scene Programmer Says Phantom Liberty DLC Will Push Players’ PCs to Their Limitsfrom Filip Pierściński, the Lead Scene Programmer at Cyberpunk 2077 developer CD Projekt RED, the upcoming Phantom Liberty DLC looks set to give players’ PCs a serious workout. In the tweet, Pierściński recommends that PC players “check conditions of your cooling systems” before installing the expansion, stating that the game will use every bit of CPU power available.
