When the occupants of a second car pulled up next to the crashed car and started to get out, Chance Swaney reportedly started shooting at them, NPPD said.
NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio - The passenger of a crashed car is behind bars after shooting a woman who pulled up next to him in a “drug related incident,” the New Philadelphia Police Department confirmed.
A second call came in shortly after reporting a 41-year-old woman with a gunshot wound was in the 300 block of Church Avenue SE, stated NPPD.
