Dad ditches night out for gym and drops six stone in weeks after 'party paralysis

It just goes to show if you put in the hard work...Danbo is always there when you need him."
Transformation coach Dan said: "Scott was a pure graft and the man went fully dark to get here. Every single session the energy was electric in the doom room with this man. I've really seen that side of people but it earns my respect every time.
