The school board recently voted not to adopt the Biden administration's new Title IX regulations.

School leaders across the country arewith the Biden administration's new Title IX regulations. The regulations, which went into effect this month, broaden the federal civil rights law to prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity in all public education institutions.
