The Heisman Trophy betting market can be all over the place based on week-to-week results in college football.
However, the Buffaloes’ star makes plays everywhere. Hunter is fifth nationally with 561 receiving yards and tied for fourth with six touchdowns. On defense, Hunter has recorded two interceptions and 16 total tackles, including two for a loss. He’s also the ticket and handle leader at DraftKings with odds of +700. ESPN BET reported that Hunter’s taken 45% of the wagers and 51% of the money. “Despite a loss in Week 2 to Nebraska, Travis Hunter shows week in and week out why he is a phenomenal football player on both sides of the ball,” said Joey Feazel, Caesars' head of football. “Playing 100 snaps a game is impressive and dangerous at the same time.
One time listed at +2,800 at Caesars in mid-September, his odds have moved to +900. Jeanty is getting 8% of the tickets at Fanatics, third-most behind Hunter and Tennessee quarterback Nico Iamaleava. At bet365, Milroe went from +800 before last week’s win to +250 after. At DraftKings, the Alabama signal-caller has taken 12% of the money, second most, and 8% of the tickets.
