. There, a man said his son -- Joseph J. Krosoff, 32, -- had texted him saying he wanted to borrow his gun so he could “take out” his mom.
State police said they were able to locate Krosoff at his home along Frederick Street in Rostraver Township. He refused to come out and an emergency response team was brought to the scene.
