MUNCY — An institutional parole agent at the State Correctional Institution at Muncy has been suspended without pay after being charged with engaging in sexual activity multiple times with a female who was incarcerated.
He told an investigator he had penetrated her four times, they had vaginal and anal intercourse approximately 10 times and she performed oral sex on him about eight times. In late June she touched his genitals on the outside of his clothing and he exposed himself. The sexual activity increased and continued until Oct. 23 when she had herself removed from the cleaning detail for fear of getting caught.
